Who you're buying from

Asli In Wonderland is an independent, Copenhagen-based art studio run by a single person (Asli), operating as a sole trader (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) under Danish law. Reach out any time at [email protected].

What you're buying

Every product on this site is a digital art print - a downloadable file, not a physical item. Each product page describes exactly what's included (file formats, ratios, and, for bundles, how many prints). Personalised prints add a name or short detail to the artwork, hand-finished by Asli.

Price & payment

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include everything you pay - there are no hidden fees added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; this website never sees or stores your card details. Some products can also be purchased through the Etsy shop, which has its own separate checkout and terms.

Delivery

Standard (non-personalised) prints are delivered instantly: right after payment, you'll get an email with a secure link to download your files - no waiting, no shipping. Personalised prints are hand-made to order and are emailed to you separately, usually within 1-2 business days.

Your right of withdrawal

Under Danish and EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. Because these are digital files delivered instantly, that right ends as soon as delivery begins - and you'll be asked to actively confirm you understand and accept that before you pay, as required by law. Once you've downloaded your files, the purchase can't be cancelled or refunded.

If something goes wrong before download - a failed payment, a broken download link, duplicate charge - of course reach out and it'll be sorted out.

If you're not happy

Email [email protected] first - most things can be sorted out directly. If we can't agree, you can bring a complaint to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus), or, if you live elsewhere in the EU, via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Personal use only

These files are for your own personal use - printing and framing at home, or as a gift. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially.
